MICHAEL McWILLIAMS: President and CEO
The management group for Browning is headed by Michael McWilliams.
Mr. McWilliams has a degree in geology and has been involved in petroleum
exploration and production for over 30 years.
JIM BURON: Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Buron holds a degree in petroleum engineering and has over 30 years of
experience in all aspects of petroleum engineering.
ED
STEWART: Vice President of Land
Mr. Stewart attended the University of Texas Arlington where he majored in
Business Administration. He has 30 years of industry experience and has
been with the Company since 1994.
BILL
PATTERSON: Vice President of Finance
Mr. Patterson is a graduate of the University of Texas and a CPA. He
began his career at Enserch Exploration as an accounting manager before joining
Browning in 1979.
GLENN
DAVIS: Exploration Manager/Geophysicist
Mr. Davis graduated from North Carolina State University
with a geological engineering degree. He started with
Amoco in 1968 as a geophysicist and joined Browning in 1995.
DOUG JATZLAU:
Operations Manager
Mr. Jatzlau has been with the company since 1981 and has a Bachelor of Science
degree from Texas A & M University. He oversees the company's production
office located in Giddings, Texas.
