Browning Oil Company, Inc. will have participated in 49 wells by the end of 2007, operating approximately half of them.  Browning generates or buys unleased prospect ideas which are then leased and promoted to industry partners.  Browning also buys promoted prospects from selected exploration companies in Browning's areas of interest which include the Gulf coast of Texas and Louisiana, the Austin Chalk Trend and the Permian Basin.
